The Puget Sound Civil War Roundtable is hosting a monument rededication ceremony at Evergreen-Washelli Memorial Park (east side of SR99) on October 20th at 1:00 p.m. The monument is to Hiram Randall Gale, the last Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) national commander and the last living Civil War veteran in Washington State.
