I am searching for information regarding my family history.
I am the product of the Easton, Mason, and Newell families. My grandmother, Mary Elizabeth Mason Easton, was born on the kitchen table in 1898. She married a Newell who then had a son, John Easton Newell, who then got married and had me!
I was staying in Bellingham this past May and noticed street signs will all three family names.
Would you please let me know if it’s the same family or just a coincidence.
Also, I was invited to tour my great great grandparents’ home with the Washington Elm out front.
Would you know which of the Mason family was responsible for the tree? I’m thinking it might be George Mason IV, 1725-1792.
