FEATURE DAWN BINGAMANGuest speaker, Dawn Bingaman, will present Chronicling America Historic American Newspapers and Beyond, at the SGS Library, Saturday, November 10, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.Nearly 14 million historic newspaper pages have been digitized and placed online in the last 11 years at the Library of Congress. She has attended all four major genealogical institutes in the United States, completing eleven courses to date. Dawn works full-time as an IT manager and formerly chaired the SGS Computer Interest Group.SGS WRITERS GROUP SEEKING
