Many people in the Clark County area have Scandinavian roots they would like to explore. The instructor has deep expertise along with practical application. This class will focus on basic research techniques while adding insight into DNA interpretation. Tuition for each class is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. This Legacy Family Tree webinar discusses some of the more advanced records within Italian civil registration: Allegati [birth, death, and marriage supplements/attachments], Cittadinanza [citizenship records] and Atti Diversi [Diverse Acts]. Students will learn how these records can help to fill in the details of an Italian families’ history as well as track them across Italy. and around the world.

If you want to discover your Scandinavian roots, attend this monthly meeting and learn how to conduct your research. Meet with other like-minded individuals who have discovered their ancestors going back many generations. Geographic areas include Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands. This group meets regularly on the third Monday of the month, September-May. Members and non-members are welcome.
